Christmas Fashion Evening with Alyson Walsh of That's Not My Age
You are invited to a Christmas Fashion Evening with Alyson Walsh, founder of the website and podcast That's Not My Age and author of the book Know Your Style.
Alyson Walsh will be joining us to talk about what to wear to Christmas events. With invitations arriving already, this is a great opportunity to resolve some of those party styling dilemmas.
We will be showing you how to create individual looks to suit your style and take you to a number of occasions from the office party, Christmas drinks or a more formal black tie do. Alyson will be offering her advice on how festive pieces can work with your wardrobe, you'll be able to try the new pieces and there will be some special discounts on the night. The evening will begin at 6pm with drinks on arrival, our fashion presentation will begin around 6:30 lasting for around 30 minutes, giving you plenty of time afterwards to browse and try your favourite pieces.
Alyson Walsh is a freelance journalist, former magazine fashion editor and author. That’s Not My Age began in 2008, when she noticed a space online to celebrate women of all ages. In a freelance capacity she has written for the FT’s How To Spend It, the Daily Telegraph and the Guardian websites. As Alyson says " It’s not about age, it’s about style."
Alyson's book, Know Your Style, packed full of useful tips and advice, will be available to purchase and have signed on the evening.
Tickets will be charged at £5 which is redeemable against any purchase made on the night. Please note tickets are non refundable. Our fashion evenings are always a fun and social event so bring along friends and we look forward to seeing you there!
