UK Standard – £5 for delivery in 2-4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 services.

UK Next Day – £10 for delivery the next working day via Royal Mail.

Free Delivery - on UK orders over £100.

Please note weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days. Some items may require a higher shipping charge, in this case we will notify you by email prior to dispatch.

Orders are usually dispatched with Royal Mail tracked service. We will confirm shipping arrangements prior to dispatch.

Please note that that all duties and taxes payable on arrival on international deliveries, including EU countries, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you choose not to receive your delivery or to return it to us, any costs or import duites incurred by Precious will be deducted from the refund value of the order.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item please visit our website to open a returns authorisation request.

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to return full price items to us. Sale items must be returned within 7 days. Returns are at the cost of the customer, please obtain proof of postage.
